Rochi Tech LLC provides managed technology services which may include, but are not limited to, security hardening, hardware provisioning, and identity platform administration (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365). The specific scope of work is defined by the service package or "Kit" selected by the Client at the time of purchase.
Managed services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis per managed user/seat. Fees are billed in advance of the service period. Rochi Tech LLC reserves the right to modify service fees with thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Client. All sales for hardware and initial onboarding fees are final.
The Client grants Rochi Tech LLC administrative access to managed platforms (including NordPass, NordLayer, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365) for the purpose of configuration, security monitoring, and technical support. Rochi Tech LLC does not own Client data, and the Client remains responsible for their own data retention and compliance with third-party platform terms.
Hardware keys (e.g., YubiKeys) are provided by third-party manufacturers. Rochi Tech LLC is not liable for manufacturer defects or hardware failure. The Client is responsible for the physical safekeeping of all hardware. In the event of a lost device, the Client must notify support@rochitechnologies.com immediately to de-authorize the device.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination of service, Client access to managed software licenses and professional oversight will be revoked at the conclusion of the final paid period.
While Rochi Tech LLC utilizes industry-standard security protocols to harden Client environments, no system is 100% impenetrable. Rochi Tech LLC does not guarantee immunity from cyber-attacks, data breaches, or service provider outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rochi Tech LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
